1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using LodgePMS software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License Grant
Upon payment, LodgePMS grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your hotel business operations. The license is tied to your Hotel ID and may be installed on multiple computers within the same hotel property.
3. What You Can Do
• Install the software on computers in your hotel
• Use the software for your hotel's operations
• Receive free software updates during the support period
• Transfer the license to a new owner if you sell your hotel (notify us)
4. What You Cannot Do
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use one license for multiple hotel properties
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
5. Payment & Pricing
The software is sold as a one-time purchase at USD 300 (approximately THB 10,500 at current exchange rates). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of applicable Thai VAT.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the software (license key is delivered immediately), all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing installation, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or provide a refund at our discretion.
7. Updates & Support
We provide software updates at no additional charge. Major version updates (with significant new features) may require an upgrade fee. Support is provided via email and Line OA during Thai business hours.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining data backups.
9. Limitation of Liability
LodgePMS's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business data or revenue.
10. Termination
We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. การยอมรับ
การซื้อหรือใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ LodgePMS ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
2. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน
เมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว เราให้ สิทธิ์การใช้งานถาวร ไม่พิเศษ และไม่สามารถโอนได้ ในการติดตั้งและใช้ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการดำเนินงานโรงแรมของคุณ สิทธิ์การใช้งานผูกกับ Hotel ID ของคุณ
3. สิ่งที่คุณทำได้
• ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์บนคอมพิวเตอร์ภายในโรงแรม
• ใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการดำเนินงานโรงแรม
• รับการอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ฟรีในช่วงระยะเวลาสนับสนุน
4. สิ่งที่คุณทำไม่ได้
• นำไปขายต่อ ให้สิทธิ์ช่วง หรือแจกจ่าย
• ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับหรือถอดรหัสซอฟต์แวร์
• ใช้ใบอนุญาตหนึ่งใบสำหรับหลายสถานที่
5. การชำระเงินและราคา
ซอฟต์แวร์ขายแบบครั้งเดียวในราคา 300 USD (ประมาณ 10,500 บาท) การชำระเงินผ่าน Stripe อย่างปลอดภัย
6. นโยบายการคืนเงิน
เนื่องจากซอฟต์แวร์เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลที่ส่งมอบรหัสใบอนุญาตทันที การขายทั้งหมดถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด หากมีปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ทำให้ติดตั้งไม่ได้ กรุณาติดต่อภายใน 7 วันหลังซื้อ
7. การอัปเดตและการสนับสนุน
เราให้การอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม การสนับสนุนผ่านอีเมลและ Line OA ในเวลาทำการของไทย
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทจะได้รับการแก้ไขในศาลไทย
